The LEAD Task Force was commissioned in November 2014 to examine the results of the past election and report on the path forward for Florida Democrats. 

Co-Chaired by U.S. Senator Bill Nelson and former Orlando Police Chief Val Demings, the Task Force combined rigorous examination of Democratic campaign efforts with numerous town hall meetings and listening sessions for grassroots Democrats across the state. 

The final report was released on June 14, 2015, at the Florida Democratic Party State Executive Committee meeting in Hollywood, Florida.
