VO, Mary Bruno: My husband Frank fell in love with Florida over 40 years ago.

After the army Frank couldn’t wait to move here and even bought a house without telling me first. Love will make you do things like that.

“Meet Frank Bruno,” www.FrankBrunoForSenate.com.

“Frank Bruno is a 40-year resident of Volusia County. A veteran of the United States Army, Frank has been active in business and civic affairs and has served the community in numerous leadership positions.”

Now, Frank wants the next generation of Floridians to enjoy life like we have – starting with protecting our springs, rivers,   beaches and quality of life.

“Priorities,” www.FrankBrunoForSenate.com.

“Our water and land issues also affect our economy. Thousands of people visit or relocate to Florida because of our beautiful beaches, waterways and tropical landscape. Tallahassee politicians need to balance smart economic development with protecting our natural resources. We cannot let a few reckless companies damage our drinking water, pollute our springs and destroy our beaches. From District 8’s Atlantic Ocean to Silver Springs, we need to hold those companies responsible and always protect our land and water.”

The Sunday Conversation: Frank Bruno,” Headline Surfer News, 8/25/12. “Bringing together environmental experts and concerned citizens, Bruno led a conversation focused on the future of the community and government’s responsibility for ensuring water for future generations.”

Frank’s still crazy enough about Florida to run for the state Senate, where he’ll do what he does best – fight for what he loves.
