This Valentine’s Day, the Florida Democratic Party uncovered a secret Valentine’s Day card from Governor Rick Scott to his campaign’s Finance Chair Mike Fernandez. 

“Rick Scott loves giving sweetheart deals and taxpayer handouts to his friends and wealthy special interests, so it’s no surprise that he wants to express his heartfelt gratitude to Mike Fernandez. 

“The $1 billion state contract Mike Fernandez was just awarded should be a Valentine’s Day gift that makes his heart sing,” said Florida Democratic Party spokesman Joshua Karp.
