Today, the Florida Democratic Party announced that Connecticut Governor Dan Malloy will host the FDP’s Friday night kickoff party for the 2015 State Convention.
“We are excited to announce that Connecticut Governor Dan Malloy will join us as we kick off the Florida’s Democratic Party’s 2015 State Convention on Friday, October 30th,” said FDP Chair Allison Tant. “Governor Malloy, who will host the convention’s opening night celebration, has established a winning record of standing strong for the Democratic priorities of growing the middle class, improving our public schools, and protecting the environment. We look forward to another successful state convention and I’m thrilled to have Governor Malloy on our team as we head into 2016.”
