DeSantis Has Biden and Dems To Thank for Rural Broadband Expansion Grants
At a press conference in Milton this morning, Governor Ron DeSantis announced $144 million in rural broadband expansion grants for 41 counties in Florida — all of which will be funded by the work of President Biden and Democrats.
This latest announcement comes as DeSantis has repeatedly tried to take credit for the resources President Biden and Democrats have provided for Florida.
After calling the American Rescue Plan “Washington at its worst,” DeSantis used the funds passed by President Biden to shore up Florida’s budget and give bonuses to teachers, law enforcement, and first responders.
