FDP Chair Terrie Rizzo released the following statement after Rep. Mike Hill filed HB 235:

“This bill is the harshest attack yet on women’s reproductive rights by Florida Republicans. There is a reason this bill has failed in many other states – that is because it is unconstitutional. We will fight to see that this legislation never becomes law in Florida.”
