Washington Lobbyist David Jolly made a stunning revelation tonight in the FL-13 Congressional debate about his world view: that Social Security is not guaranteed, and he wouldn’t protect the benefits for everyone. Video of his admission is available here. 

Instead, Jolly outlined an agenda that would cut Social Security benefits, even for those who have paid into the system. Jolly has already said there is “a lot of good” in the Republican Ryan budget that would end the Medicare guarantee.

In fact, as a lobbyist, David Jolly advocated for an extreme group led by a supporter of privatizing Social Security, and said “everything should be on the table” when it comes to Social Security reform.
