At a press avail this afternoon, Rick Scott refused to answer questions from the media about why he lied three days ago when he said,  “I haven’t changed my mind at all” on the issue of in-state tuition for Dreamers.

This must be what Scott strategist Tim Saler meant when he said his campaign would “bypass” the media. Rick Scott will lie to your face and then ignore your attempts to hold him accountable.
