- When the Miami Herald began investigating, the Department of Children and Families “kept 30 child deaths off the books” rather than come clean about the tragedy.
- Scott has refused for four years to release his deposition in a lawsuit against his second scandal-plagued health care company, Solantic.
But don’t take our word for it. Ask Republicans like Joe Negron and Steve Crisafulli.
In 2010, before Rick Scott was the GOP’s problem child, Negron and Crisafulli told him in a public letter, “If you remain unwilling to release these materials” — the Solantic deposition — “and answer questions on these issues, we believe you should immediately withdraw from the race.”
