Today, Florida Democratic Party Chair Allison Tant released the following statement on the 13th anniversary of 9/11:

“For all Americans, today is a day filled with memories. We remember where we were that day, thirteen years ago. We remember the tragedy of the lives that were lost, the courage of our first responders, and the sacrifice of our men and women in uniform who defended our freedoms. In the years since we were attacked, the American people have proven their resilience over and over again. As our nation continues to face  — undaunted and unshaken  — this century’s challenges, the United States will stand by our commitment to serve as a beacon of hope and liberty to the world.”
