CLAIM: Charlie raised tuition 15% a year. 

FACTS: Under Rick Scott, a college degree costs more than it did four years ago. Rick Scott raised tuition 8% in 2011 and 5% in 2012. Scott also cut $300 million from higher education funding and slashed Bright Futures scholarships in half. These cuts, which disproportionately affected minority students, have limited the opportunity for thousands of young Floridians struggling to afford college.

RECLAMO: Charlie aumentó la matrícula en un 15% al año.
