Today, Florida Democratic Party Chair Allison Tant made the following statement on Martin Luther King, Jr. Day:

“Fifty years since Dr. King proclaimed ‘I have a dream,’ our nation has made great strides toward liberty and justice for all. But the work remains unfinished. Completing Dr. King’s work will take determination. So on this Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, let us reccommitt ourselves to living out, day by day, the values Dr. King preached and inspired millions to fight for — peace, justice, and equality for all.”
