Amidst Bipartisan Condemnation, DeSantis (Once Again) Backs Trump. Does Adam Putnam Agree?

Almost immediately after Donald Trump’s disastrous press conference with Fox News, Ron DeSantis took to Fox News to back the President’s approach to Russia, trash the Mueller investigation — and pin the blame for Russian malfeasance on the Obama administration.

DeSantis stands nearly alone in supporting the President. Trump’s deeply alarming comments in Helinski have drawn bipartisan condemnation — including from Republicans like Congresswoman Ileana Ros-Lehtinen and Senator John McCain, who called it “one of the most disgraceful performances by an American president in memory.”

It’s just the latest sign that Ron DeSantis has no problem defending the indefensible when it comes to Donald Trump. The only question now is does Adam Putnam also support Trump’s decision to submit to Vladimir Putin and side with the Russian government over American intelligence agencies?
