Florida Democratic Party Chair Terrie Rizzo released the following statement, after Judge Mark Walker’s ruling on Tuesday:

“This is a huge victory for Florida Voters. There was never a question that banning early voting on college campuses was discriminatory. It is just one of the many ways Rick Scott’s administration has tried to suppress and restrict voting. Rick Scott has and will do everything in his power to make it harder for Floridians to vote, all to protect himself. We will continue to fight to see that every Floridian has the right, and opportunity to vote.”
