Florida Democrats Respond to Donald Trump's Attacks on Puerto Rico and Diverting Funds from FEMA

Florida Democrats slammed Trump after his recent attacks over Puerto Rico officials as Hurricane Dorian approaches the island, and his decision of redirecting money from FEMA to build his useless border wall.
