Rubio Would Ban Abortions Even In Cases Of Rape And Incest

This weekend, Marco Rubio again reiterated his extreme position of opposing any exception to an abortion ban, even in cases of rape or incest. While the absentee Senator’s anti-woman position is crystal clear, Floridians deserve to know where the Republicans fighting to replace him stand.

“The Republican candidates fighting to replace Rubio in the Senate have a responsibility to tell Florida women where they stand on his proposal to ban all abortions with no exceptions for cases of rape or incest,” said FDP Chair Allison Tant. “Women must have the freedom to make their own healthcare decisions, and Floridians deserve to know if these Republican Senate candidates think they know better than a woman, her doctor, and her family.”
